easyHire Technologies, trading as easyHire, can exclusively reveal details of a new partnership agreement with Hares Hire Services, expanding the easyToolhire brand across London and into Essex.
Hares Hire Services, led by Daren Hare, has signed a partnership agreement with easyHire, a leading technology provider for the tool hire industry, and now has the branding rights to easyToolhire London.
The new and exciting partnership extends easyToolhire’s growing presence across the UK. easyToolhire has previously had a base in London but this new partnership extends the brand’s reach out of London and into the surrounding areas, giving more construction professionals, sole traders, small construction businesses, tradespeople, and DIY enthusiasts access to time-saving tool hire processes, quality tools and an extensive range of micro plant machinery.
Customers in London and Essex – both account and cash customers – can now expect the same personal levels of service and local knowledge that they have come to expect from Hares Hire Services. However, easyToolhire London will also provide customers – small to medium sized businesses, trades, and the wider public – with a simpler ordering process and the ability to hire tools and equipment online, at the touch of a button.
Hares Hire Services’ depot in Rainham will be dual-branded. Customers will be able to identify easyToolhire’s bright orange logo alongside Hares Hire Services’ own black and orange branding. Essentially, the new partnership will see Rainham painted orange.
Customers can expect the same easy online experience that they get when booking flights when they hire tools and equipment, including mini diggers and small plant machinery. All customers will have access to easy online ID verification, contact-less delivery/collection, contact-less payments, the ability to carbon offset their order at checkout, and no-fuss tool hire 24/7 at the click of button. All of this not only provides the customer with incredible value but also saves time.
With regular updates to the easyToolhire website, sole traders, tradespeople and small construction businesses can also expect access to better online tool hire pricing, time savings, great offers, new tools, and expert advice.
Speaking on the new partnership agreement, Daren Hare, managing director of Hares Hire Services, said: “I am extremely excited about our new partnership with easyHire and the creation of easyToolhire London. Given the current cost of living crisis, I am very conscious that customers are looking for flexibility, efficiency, and value.
“The opportunities that come with being associated with the easy family of brands attracted me to this partnership, and the ability to simplify the online ordering process was a major benefit.”
Hares Hire Services has grown significantly since its launch in 2005. The business’ expansion can largely be attributed to demand from trade customers but now the company wishes to target the consumer market, offering its products to DIY enthusiasts and the wider public.
Hare continued: “When easyHire approached me it was clear to see they had the technology, the online expertise, and the brand that could help us crack the ‘Joe Public’ market. That coupled with the service levels we will bring to the proposition, I am very excited by the opportunity of what Hares and easy can bring to the B2C market in London and the surrounding areas.”
Daniel Parker, easyToolhire’s UK country manager, commented: “We are delighted to be working with Daren and his team to promote the easyToolhire brand. We want easyToolhire to be everyone’s first port of call. I am sure that Daren’s experience and our technology will create the perfect partnership and put easyToolihre on the map in London and the surrounding areas.
“What’s more, we recently announced the launch of easyToolhire North East and easyToolhire North West, and we have more exciting announcements to come. Our new partnership with Daren and the creation of easyToolhire London cements easyToolhire’s growing position in the tool hire space. We can’t wait to share more news and further grow our expanding network.”
